Cadwell Company, a manufacturer and installer of high-quality interior signs for business, health Care, schools and others, has transferred ownership.  The company was founded in 1983 and has been owned by Jim and Mindy Murray and Michael Todisco since inception. The company is also known as Cadwell Sign. They have come to be recognized for innovative design and the highest quality of work by many of New England’s household names.

Michael Todisco will be staying with the company long term to continue the tradition of excellent service. In addition to Michael, new owners Stephen Moylan and Sean Keaveny will be joining the management team.  The rest of the team is expected to stay in place so customers can continue to expect only the best.

The Sellers were represented by the law firm of Schlossberg LLC and partner Michael O’Neal. ROI Corporation was the business intermediary representing the sellers and the ROI team was led by ROI President Gary Rayberg.  The buyers were represented by the law firm of Glovsky and Glovsky.
